I was just reminded of a old co-worker of mine who told me he tries to not look at bad art because it hurts his creative process. Not really a great innovator in the making, I think he sells shoes now, or wishes he did.Unfortunately, he looked at the above art and now his brain is cursed to be forever polluted by non-traditional dada-esque uses of negative and positive space. Actually I am not sure he even knows the word, Dada, or about negative space in a composition. If he did, the above would scar his brain.
That is my urban myth.
Do I KNOW what 'Dada' means?
